Career background:

As a quarter of a century recruitment veteran/guru, my journey began as a consultant, working my way up through the ranks to eventually head an international recruitment business based out of London. After nurturing the idea of starting my own company for 18 months, I didn’t hesitate when approached by Source to join as a partner in the business. Since 2021, we have experienced exponential growth, placing close to 2,000 candidates into our specialist industries. And this as they say, is just the beginning.

What do you drive ? Can you change a tire?

I drive a family 7-seater and a 17-year-old Mini One. Yes, I can change a tire, although that’s about where it stops!!

If you could take a trip in an RV anywhere, where would you go?

I would embark on a journey along the Pacific Coast Highway Route, experiencing the breathtaking views and coastal wonders along the way.

Boat or motorbike?

I’d choose a motorbike, as I used to ride in my younger days.
