A Master Toyota Technician is an expert-level professional responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Toyota vehicles at the highest standard.
You will be required to:
- Serve as a technical leader within the service team, ensuring complex issues are resolved efficiently and that customers receive exceptional service that aligns with Toyota’s reputation for reliability and innovation.
- Possess a deep understanding of Toyota’s systems, technologies, and service procedures, enabling you to handle the most complex automotive issues.
- Have a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, vehicle safety, and dealership efficiency.
- Have extensive experience with Toyota vehicles, including hybrid and electric models.
- Have proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and software specific to Toyota.
- Have exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
