Job description :

  • Identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms
  • Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers, explaining provisions and exclusions
  • Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles
  • Prepares repair orders (RO)
  • Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards
  • Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed to keep them up to date with their RV’s status.

Experience :

· High School Diploma or GED.

RV Service Advisor / automotive experience is preferred but not required

· 1-2 years of Service Advisor experience in Automotive, RV, Powersports, Marine or other related fields is a plus!

· Able to navigate a computer, internet, and email.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Reliable and strong work ethic.

· A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance

· Must present a professional demeanor, punctuality and able to work weekends and holidays, if needed.

· Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment.

· Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
