 Job description :

  • Performing work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair RV systems.
  • Communicate directly with Service Advisors so customers can stay up to date.
  • Provide time estimates for repairs.
  • Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide orientation warranty walk-throughs with customer who have purchased an RV.
  • You will be able to diagnose issues based on analysis and testing of an RV to determine the nature of the problem.
  • You will present job cost estimates and parts replacement needs to your service writer.
  • Hours F/t : Full time, 5 day work week, including alternate Saturday

Experience/qualifications :

  • RVIA or RVTI certifications desirable.
  • 3-5yr+ experience dealership experience repairing RV’s is highly desirable.
  • You will have diagnostic and repair skills compatible with repairing RVs of this calibre.
  • Confident working knowledge of electronics , diagnostics and trouble shooting.
  • Passionate about fault finding and fixing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance problems.
  • Minimum 2-year experience fixing plumbing, electrical, and maintenance problems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills to be able to interact with vendors and team members.

Company package & benefits :

Entry Level Technicians – $18 – $22 an hour with added efficiency bonuses of up to $8 per hour, + excellent training and advancement plan

RV experienced Technicians – $25 – $35 – Flat rate or hourly – with added efficiency bonuses of up to $3 + continual training
