Service Advisor / Service Writer

I am looking for 2 x Service Advisor/ Writers based in Kalispell, must have front counter Service advisor/ Service writer experience with automotive/trucks or RV’s, to start work as soon as possible

Job description :

Identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms
Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers, explaining provisions and exclusions
Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour, calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles
Prepares repair orders (RO)
Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards
Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed to keep them up to date with their RV’s status.

Experience/qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED.
RV Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required
1-2 years of Service Advisor experience in Automotive, RV, Powersports, Marine or other related fields is a plus!
Able to navigate a computer, internet, and email.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and strong work ethic.
A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
